A growing global organization is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations, monthly close processes, financial reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external service providers. Review and validate expenditures, ensuring proper approval workflows and adherence to policies. Review contracts to confirm correct accounting treatment and compliance with internal guidelines. Distinguish between entity‑level and pass‑through/reimbursable costs; manage timely processing of reimbursements. Oversee work performed by outsourced accounting resources, ensuring accuracy and clear communication. Review bank reconciliations, prepaid schedules, fixed asset amortization, and monthly accruals. Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses for leadership. Manage cash flow forecasts, budgeting cycles, and liquidity planning. Review fee calculations and related reports; collaborate with external marketing or placement partners when needed. Calculate and report management fee and performance fee rebates. Analyze expenses to ensure proper allocation across entities and affiliates. Support transfer pricing compliance; prepare intercompany invoices. Assist with monthly consolidations and preparation of consolidated financial statements. Prepare audit support packages and coordinate with external auditors through completion of annual audits. Required Qualifications CPA or experience in public accounting preferred Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Advanced Excel proficiency; strong analytical and technical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem‑solving skills, professionalism, and self‑motivation. Preferred Experience Experience with ERP and treasury/expense systems such as NetSuite, Concur, or Kyriba.
