Job Description We're hiring an experienced Accounting Manager for a full time, long term, opportunity.
This is an on-site position with a company located in Santa Cruz, CA.
Salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 annually to start. Benefits offered.
Highlight of Duties:
Financial and operational reporting
Budget and forecast preparation
Analysis of financial information
Coordination of year end audits
Auditing GL, AP and AR
Interview, hire, train and oversee small staff
Requirements:
~ Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
~2-4 years of related experience.
~ Excellent attention to detail.
~ Leadership skills.
