Job Title: Accounting Manager Location: Southeast Houston, TX Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 Work Model: Onsite Start Date: January 2026 One of our commercial and industrial construction clients is growing and looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team! This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding commercial and industrial construction company, managing key accounting functions and supporting continued business growth. Focus includes: Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Cash Receipts Manage budgeting, financial accounts, and financial assets Maintain accuracy and integrity of all accounting records and processes Prepare month‑end and year‑end reports for leadership review Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and forecasting Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures Targeting candidates with: Experience in the construction industry (commercial/industrial preferred) Strong working knowledge of Foundation accounting software Proven experience managing multiple accounting functions Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail A proactive and dependable approach to problem‑solving System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
