Job Description

Our client, a well-known real estate development firm based in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support their Development and Property Management office. Responsibilities include accounts payable processing, expense management and reporting, payment approvals, and reconciliations. This role will also involve ad hoc administrative duties such as filing, contract review, and collaborating with facilities and office management. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of accounts payable experience within a financial services or real estate firm and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions and processing.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding payments.
  • Create accounts payable batches for invoices.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties, including filing, contract review, and working with facilities and office management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
