Open to senior to ACD level candidates. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at managing and growing relationships with clients and internal teams; has experience with the creative process; and can shape outstanding social campaign work. Responsibilities Develop creative concepts for multiple campaigns that are original and engaging. Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and producers to execute concepts effectively. Write compelling copy for digital and social media, with flexibility for other formats. Create pitch decks, mood boards, mockups, and other materials to communicate ideas and excite clients. Participate in client calls, pitches, and presentations as a confident voice for the creative vision. Work with the Social Coordinator to keep projects on schedule and optimize resources. Check in with Producers and Creative Directors on timelines and deliverables. Mentor junior talent and foster a positive, collaborative environment. Contribute to awards submissions by curating standout work. Stay informed on entertainment, music, culture, and social trends to keep work relevant. Promote a creative space based on candor, empathy, and shared success. Qualifications Proven experience in social and digital creative for theatrical, TV, or streaming campaigns, with a passion for genre storytelling and risk-taking. Strong conceptual, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and leadership qualities. Growth mindset: curious and eager to learn.
