Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
  • Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
  • Supervise on-site staff to ensure compliance with Assets policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
  • Develop and implement resident retention programs; effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
  • Provide leadership across administrative, leasing, and maintenance activities; ensure timely reporting and documentation.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, curb leasing timelines, and monitor service request turnaround.
  • Head emergency response for the property and coordinate with staff, residents, and contractors to minimize liability.
  • Maintain property appearance through regular inspections and timely repairs.
  • Monitor budgeting, deposits, rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting to support NOI goals.
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred or four years experience in housing, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly stand, use hands, reach with arms, talk or hear; frequently walk and sit; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
License/Equipment
  • Reliable transportation is required due to emergency on-call requirements.
Salary Range & Benefits

Salary Range: $35 per year to $37 per year. Compensation includes a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K with employer matching, and potential bonuses; full-time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays.
