We are looking to add several detail-oriented cleaners to our Airbnb cleaning team. Members of this team will be responsible for upholding standard cleaning procedures set by the company that offer our guests with high quality stays and encourage them to return to the Airbnbs we manage.

Our company focuses on the overall experience that guests receive when choosing to book the Airbnbs offered in Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. By staying in the high desert, we understand that guests are choosing our sites to have an opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of larger cities in the surrounding areas. Our sites are meticulously staged with decor and have a multitude of amenities that allow people to experience all of the joys the high desert has to offer. With this in mind, we continue to strive for excellence with the services we offer to both the owners of the homes as well as the Airbnb guests. Though we do not see guests face-to-face it is extremely important for the members of our team to leave a lasting impression of care for the guests to experience during their stays.

The company provides all employees with supplies needed in order to complete the cleaning services: company approved cleaning chemicals, equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and PPE (personal protective equipment). Employees are required to provide their own transportation and must have a valid driver's license. All employees must be willing to complete company training to ensure team members are certified to uphold company values and quality guest experiences.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift and pull
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
