Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architecture & Design Manager position include:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
• Licensed or certified professional with strong leadership, business development, and client management experience.
• Oversee architectural practice within the Design Division, including staffing, client relationships, design leadership, and financial performance.
• Serve as Architect of Record as needed and take ownership of risk management, contracts, and financial oversight.
• Lead and mentor a team while maintaining studio performance and economic success.
• Ensure quality standards, software tools, training materials, and design templates are maintained and improved.
• Contribute to strategic leadership and play a key role in advancing the firm’s business and cultural identity.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and integrate new design platforms.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
