Job Description

The Electronics Assembler performs hand assembly work on post-surface mount circuit boards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards to ensure high-quality electronic assembly. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and read values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole components.
• Interpret assembly drawings to identify part numbers for assembly.
• Follow IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards for assembly quality.
• Utilize basic and specialized equipment as specified by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience with production assembly preferred; training as needed.
• Strong manual dexterity and good eyesight for detailed component placement.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and stretch for prolonged periods.
• Occasional light lifting may be required.

The base pay for this position is $17.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth
