Job Title: Assembly Line Operator
Location: Huntington Beach
Job Type: Full-Time temp to hire
Shifts: 2nd 2:00pm- 10pm or 3rd 10:00pm-6:00am
Salary: $17.00-17.50

Job Description:
Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate production machinery, assemble components, and ensure high-quality products that meet industry standards. Responsibilities include glass cutting and shaping to fit specific vehicle models, laminating glass with a plastic interlayer (PVB) for safety, heating and bending glass to the required curvature, edge finishing and coating for UV protection or tinting, conducting quality inspections for strength and clarity, and performing final assembly, integrating features like rain sensors, heating elements, or HUD compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assembly line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Document production data and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• recent experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Must be able to complete an I-9 form, background check, and drug screening.
