Assistant General Manager – Luxury Boutique Property | West Palm Beach, FL
Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 (based on experience)

We’re working with a boutique luxury property in West Palm Beach seeking a polished, hands-on Assistant General Manager with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations.

This is not your typical AGM role, it’s for someone who thrives in an upscale environment where service, standards, and guest experience are everything. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in F&B leadership but is equally comfortable stepping into property-level operations, guest relations, and team development.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and partner closely with the General Manager on all daily operations
• Oversee F&B service execution, cost controls, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Lead department heads to ensure alignment with property standards
• Build, coach, and develop department leaders to elevate performance and retention
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property and foster a guest-first culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury or boutique hotel/resort setting
• Strong F&B management background with a focus on service excellence
• High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and ability to lead through influence
• A collaborative, professional demeanor with strong financial and operational acumen
