We have a true winwin associate position available for the right doctor. Our well-established clinic in Mediapolis, IA has proudly served the community for 49 years. Since Dr. Roelfs began practicing 13 years ago, the clinic has grown rapidly and is now one of the busiest chiropractic offices in Southeast Iowa.
Our team currently includes two full-time chiropractors and one part-time chiropractor. One of the full-time positions will be opening in 2026, which means this associate role will step into an already-established patient base and get off to a fast start.
We utilize a Palmer Package approach (Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Impulse/Activator) and are looking for a doctor with the right hands, a heart for service, and the drive to grow.
This role is designed as a mentorship position youll work closely with each doctor in the clinic on patient care and systems management. Youll learn proven strategies for acquiring quality new patients, building value that creates lasting relationships, and mastering procedures for successful case and office management.
While Mediapolis may be a small town, the demand for chiropractic care here has never been greater. Its also a wonderful place to live with an excellent school system, ideal for raising a family and access to some of the best hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation in Iowa. (Big Hollow State Recreation Area is just 5 minutes away.)
