Full time Attorney - Mid-Level Investment Funds Associate - Multi Office We are looking for a full time Attorney to join our team as a Mid-Level Investment Funds Associate. Our firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Funds group. This position is available in our offices in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., and California. Education JD Bar Admission Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying. Experience 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. Preferred: Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and structuring carry vehicles. Work Environment Hybrid with some in-office expectations. Pay Transparency: In accordance with California, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York City or Washington, D.C. is $260,000 – $390,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
