Job Description
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking REMOTE contract attorneys to assist in defending many individual cases. Part-time or full-time ongoing positions.
Cases are commercial in nature, but our client is open to those with litigation experience in all other areas, including insurance defense, personal injury, employment, foreclosure etc.
Work primarily involves preparing pleadings and discovery documents. If you have deposition/courtroom experience, you may have the option to take/defend virtual depositions and/or make virtual court appearances as well.
CA Bar is required, but you can be located anywhere in the United States.
