Position Overview:

Were looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender / Server to provide outstanding service, craft delicious drinks, and enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink offerings.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Deliver prompt and professional service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments responsibly.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies to ensure responsible service.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with side work, restocking, and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or server preferred, but were willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering a great guest experience.
