Overview As a Bell/Valet Attendant at Hotel Max, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing top-notch service. You'll assist guests with their luggage, vehicle parking, and ensure their arrival and departure are smooth and pleasant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and Welcome Guests : Offer a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival and departure. Provide assistance with opening car doors, carrying luggage, and offering directions or information.
- Valet Parking : Safely and efficiently park guests' vehicles upon arrival and retrieve them as needed. Maintain a high level of care for each guest's car.
- Luggage Assistance : Assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
- Concierge Services : Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events in Seattle. Assist with special requests such as arranging transportation or dining reservations.
- Coordinate with Front Desk : Work closely with the front desk to ensure seamless service. Communicate any guest needs or issues promptly.
- Maintain a Neat Lobby Area : Keep the hotel's entrance, lobby, and valet area tidy and organized.
- Safety and Security : Follow hotel safety standards and protocols to ensure the security of guests, vehicles, and personal belongings.
