Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and passionate BCBA to join our growing ABA team! If you are interested in collaboration with other disciplines, learning and having fun with the children and team members, check us out!

Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related service line (SpEd, Psychology etc.)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

2 plus years clinical experience with clinic-based ABA

Experience working with a multidisciplinary team is preferred

Strong interpersonal skills (communication, empathy, emotional intelligence and flexibility)

Responsibilities
Facilitate a team approach toward treatment

Conduct Behavioral Assessments and write up reports and treatment recommendations required by payers

Train and supervise BCBAs & RBTs

Implement, monitor, collect and evaluate data.

Work directly with clients as needed

Program development and implement marketing strategies

Understand and be able to use the following of skill sets:

Evaluate the efficacy of treatment

Perspective taking of patient, staff, and families

Can implement direct instruction and naturalistic teaching styles with high fidelity

Demonstration of professional behavior

Competence with Crisis Intervention

Facilitating effective training with parents and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
