• Baking Different Types of Bread : Preparing and baking a variety of bread products, ensuring they meet quality standards.

• Recipe Knowledge : Understanding basic bread-baking recipes and baking timelines to ensure the bread is tasty. 
• Quality Control : Ensuring that the bread baked is of high quality and meets customer expectations. 
• These responsibilities highlight the essential functions of a bread baker in a bakery or restaurant setting.

Qualifications :

• Understanding of Mise en Place : This is the practice of preparing and organizing all necessary ingredients& tools before starting a baking process. It ensures that the baker can maintain a steady 
  workflow and produce consistent results. 
• Attention to Detail : Bakers must pay close attention to every detail to ensure the final product's texture and flavor. This includes measuring ingredients accurately and setting the oven temperature correctly. 
• Creativity : Bakers often need to develop new recipes and create visually appealing baked goods. This requires the ability to think creatively and experiment with different ingredients and techniques. 
• TimeManagement : Bakers work under tight schedules, especially if they need to prepare fresh products for early morning sales. Effective time management is essential to plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
