Design and implement solutions, including configurations, workflows, and integrations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze risk data to identify trends, track KPIs, and generate reports. Provide training and support to business users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach. Support business continuity planning by identifying potential disruptions. Key Responsibilities Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes. Design and implement generic technology solutions to meet specific business needs. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze risk data to identify trends, track KPIs, and generate reports. Provide training and support to business users on platform utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive risk management approach. Manage vendor risks ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications Strong understanding of risk management principles. Experience with generic technology platforms, particularly risk management modules. Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and develop solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001 is a plus. Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
