Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join a prominent commercial law firm. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth, efficient service for our clients navigating the complexities of business immigration. This opportunity is full-time, direct-hire, and hybrid following an initial 90-day training period.

• Prepare and file various business immigration petitions and applications
• Review and organize supporting documentation and evidence
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and professionals on case strategy and progress
• Communicate with government agencies and clients regarding case status and updates
• Manage client files and maintain organized caseloads
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and reports
• Track deadlines and case progress using immigration software
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours
• Follow firm policies and contribute to a positive team environment

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business immigration law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and research methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
