About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Partner for Finance Procurement Operations to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end finance procurement operations, including driving operational process improvements, challenging assumptions, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships. This role involves partnering with business owners to execute finance-related tasks, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and/or accounting, with a deep understanding of the source-to-pay process, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional meetings. Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, be adept at handling competing priorities, and possess a strong enthusiasm for implementing systems and processes. The role requires the ability to take ownership of tasks, be adaptable to a changing environment, and have a passion for driving business decisions through data. Experience in a product environment, working with shared services centers, and knowledge of ERP and procurement systems such as Workday Financials and Tableau is a plus.
