Call Center Agent $16.25 to $18.50 per hour Hiring Immediately

About the Opportunity:

- A pioneer in the healthcare industry in Boston , MA is looking for call center agents

- We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience, who are interested in working with different hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities

Call Center Agent Responsibilities:

- Answer all inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Manage and resolve customer complaints

- Provide product and service information to customers

- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

Call Center Agent Qualifications:

- No degree required

- Previous customer service experience is a plus

- Must be available for an evening shift (3 pm-12 am)
