Position Overview:
As the Campus Recruiter, will help execute the campus recruitment strategy, as well as deliver a positive candidate experience.
Responsible for building relationships with colleges, diversity partners, hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Execute all campus recruiting efforts for the Internship and Analyst programs
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their junior talent needs, hiring targets, attraction strategy and timelines, and effectively execute plans to reach hiring and program goals
Manage and execute full life cycle recruitment process. This includes candidate selection, first and final round interviews, offer decision and communication process
Execute campus recruiting activities and strategy including in-person/virtual events, conferences, on-campus interviews, managing event materials, equipment, and swag.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, hiring managers, interviewers, key universities, student and diversity groups
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by driving candidate engagement through all stages of the recruiting process
Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts
Ensure participation from the business to be actively engaged in the recruiting process
Manage the Summer Intern Program & maximize the summer intern conversion rate
Execute a dedicated strategy to drive diversity sourcing of candidates for campus roles to achieve hiring results accretive to our overall workforce diversity
Partner with Business Units and internal stakeholders to drive successful attraction, hiring, on-boarding of new talent, retention strategies and impact employee engagement/experience
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of total experience in recruiting
3+ years of experience in campus recruiting
Ability to travel to campus recruiting events and offices as needed
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, Handshake, Yello, CRM's and MS Office
Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail, especially in reporting and tracking
Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions
Core Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with individuals at all levels, including communication (verbal and written), emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence
Due to the nature of the high/constant volume of the role, the individual must apply effective problem solving, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
Demonstrates the highest standards of ethics, integrity, honesty, diversity, inclusion, and discretion
Ability to prioritize, plan and execute projects and individual tasks
Ability to effectively learn, articulate and promote the client brand to potential candidates
Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders
