Backed by a bank and family office, Captain has working software, demonstrated demand, and a clear thesis. Now we need an entrepreneurial operator to bring it to life.

Where You Come In

You’ll design and launch a lean proof-of-concept pilot to demonstrate real impact, build relationships with institutional partners to secure a launch customer, and translate key learnings into systems and capital structures built to scale with confidence.

Requirements

• Have 5–10+ years building in fintech, govtech, or complex service environments
• Have worked with banks, public agencies, or institutional capital partners
• Understand capital flow, compliance, and timing mismatches

• Bring a founder’s mindset and thrive in ambiguity
• Have experience in regulated, trust-driven markets—like disaster recovery or restoration
