We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join a fast growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This position requires a solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and safety protocols. This position will require travel throughout the USA.

Key Responsibilities for the Carpenter Role:

• Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, frameworks, and fixtures such as doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, and furniture.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders.
• Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Adhere to all safety and building codes.

Qualifications for the Carpenter Role:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or in a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy materials and tools.
• Ability to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal apprenticeship or carpentry certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (indoor and outdoor).
• Prolonged standing, bending, and crouching may be required.
