As a Cell Phone Repair Technician, you’ll be the expert customers rely on for diagnosing and repairing various mobile devices. Your contributions will play a key role in helping customers quickly and reliably get back to what matters most.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 - $18, depending on experience. If you're eager to transform your tech skills into a rewarding career, we’d love to have you on our team.

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks.
• Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
