- Must be NBCOT certified and licensed in the applicable state.
- Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
- Participate in community health projects and maintain professional relationships.
- Follow treatment plans, chart accurately, and utilize therapy software.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
