*Position Summary*
We are seeking a full-time _Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)_ to join our collaborative and growing pediatric team. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to carry out treatment plans and provide direct therapeutic services to children. *Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver pediatric therapy sessions targeting fine motor skills, sensory regulation, handwriting, ADLs, and more
* Follow and implement treatment plans created by the supervising Occupational Therapist
* Observe and document patient progress; adjust interventions based on performance and team feedback
* Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and team members to promote coordinated, whole-child care
* Maintain accurate daily documentation and notes in accordance with insurance and clinic standards
* Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and continuing education opportunities
*Qualifications*
* Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
* Current COTA certification (NBCOT)
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee
* Pediatric experience highly preferred, but not required
* Strong knowledge of child development, sensory integration, and therapeutic activities
* Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred
