Concrete Finishers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities: - Forming & Concrete Placement : Set forming materials, place, and finish concrete for sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, flatwork, and concrete structures.
- Finishing Techniques : Utilize stamping, integral colors, and exposed concrete work techniques (preferred).
- Manual Labor : Shovel, rake, and run wheelbarrows as part of daily tasks.
- Tool Use : Operate hand tools and power tools, including floats, trowels, screeds, and straightedges to achieve quality finishes.
- Site Maintenance : Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
- Safety Compliance : Strict adherence to all safety policies, including OSHA requirements. Follow all company safety procedures and protocols on-site.
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience : Three to five years of flatwork concrete finishing experience preferred.
- Skills : Attention to detail with the ability to follow directions and produce high-quality work.
- Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly.
- Tools : Must have own finishing tools, nail bags, and tools for forming and finishing concrete.
- Safety : Steel-toe boots required. Must strictly adhere to safety protocols.
- Travel : Willingness to travel and work away from home as required for job sites across Arizona.
- Transportation : Must have reliable transportation to various work sites.
- Team Player : Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.

- Heavy Civil Construction: 3 to 5 years (Preferred)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration Document
- Attention to detail and follow directions.
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Must have own transportation to various work sites within the state of Arizona.
- Must have own finishing tools.
