Your Role: Scheduling Appointments and Making Connections

As a Part-Time Client Relations Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals interested in our retirement services. You'll answer inbound calls, primarily on weekends, and use your warm and engaging personality to make callers feel comfortable and confident. Following provided scripts, you'll schedule appointments for them to meet with our Retirement Planners.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer Inbound Calls: Answer calls generated from TV and radio shows, TV ads, and other marketing channels.
Schedule Appointments: Follow scripts to gather information and schedule appointments for callers with Retirement Planners.
Provide Excellent Service: Make a friendly, warm, and professional first impression.
Accurate Data Entry: Input all contact information correctly into our systems.
Schedule:

Part-time: Shifts are available on Saturdays (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM) and Sundays (7:30 AM - 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
Flexible: Minimum expectation is 4 shifts per month.
Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour.
Location:

Remote: Work from home.
Training: Must be able to reliably commute to Dublin, Ohio for training as needed.
