Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is looking for energetic and compassionate Clinical Manager Assistants for the Southeast and South Shore Regions.

The Clinical Manager Assistant works closely with the Clinical Manager, assisting them in regional oversight of home health services.

Clinical Manager Assistant Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Assist with staff oversight and ensure quality care delivery.
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage staff schedules.
• Process referrals, maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Support care planning, case evaluations, and clinical projects.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide backup support as needed.
• On call manager weekend rotation every 6 weeks

Must be a licensed Clinician (PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP/RN/LPN) in the state of Massachusetts with a minimum of one year clinical experience in a home healthcare setting.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
