Position Overview: We're looking for friendly, dependable, and positive individuals to join our team as Baristas. If you have a passion for coffee and a talent for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! No prior experience? No problem! We offer a paid and comprehensive training to help you become a professional barista. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Operate coffee machines and other time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation

Qualifications:

• Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
• Dependable and reliable, with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a customer service or barista role is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age and able to work minimum of 20-35 hours per week
• Job Type: Part-time/Full time
• Pay: Starting from $11.00 per hour, PLUS TIP
• Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
• Work on weekends
