We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager Assistant for a leading insurance agency. You'll assist the Commercial Account Manager in supporting middle-market commercial clients.

Location : 100% Remote / Work from home

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary $65,000 - $70,000
• Generous employee benefits package: medical, dental, and 401k.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in invoicing policies.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
• Provide claims assistance as needed.
• Support Account Managers in completing applications, obtaining quotes, and preparing proposals and presentations.
• Assist in the review of coverage, identifying deficiencies, and determining the appropriate level of coverage.
• Handle accounting inquiries and correct discrepancies.
• Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity.

Requirements:

• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty license is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applied EPIC agency management system is a plus
