Were seeking a Community Solar Branch Manager to build, lead, and grow a top-performing community engagement team. Mission-driven work that saves people money on a need, not a luxury Base salary + full benefits Uncapped commissions on personal enrollments Uncapped overrides on your teams performance Est. earning potential: $150,000$200,000+/year Rapid promotion potential for top performers Leadership training and operational support from national leadership What Youll Do Build, train, and lead a team of community solar canvassers Personally lead by example in the field (especially in ramp-up phase) Conduct hands-on coaching, field checks, and one-on-ones Assign territories, track performance, and refine canvassing strategy Use CRM tools to manage lead flow and team accountability Ensure lead quality and accurate data entry Foster a culture of integrity, growth, and purpose This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role. Expect to spend your first several weeks in the field while building your team and instilling best practices. What Were Looking For 12+ years of door-to-door sales experience (solar, telecom, home services, political campaigns) Experience managing or mentoring canvassing teams Confident communicator and strong motivator Strategic thinker with a high-performance mindset Familiar with CRM and field sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Willing to work evenings Valid drivers license and reliable transportation About pathway solar At pathway solar (PS), we specialize in the art and science of face-to-face fundraising, direct marketing, and community engagement. Position Title: Community Solar Branch Manager Reporting Structure: National Sales Director Base Pay: $52,000 per year Earning Plan: Uncapped commissions on sales and uncapped overrides on all team sales. Est. $150,000-$200,000 per year earning potential. Job Classification: Full time, exempt W2 Schedule: Full-time Location: Chicago Area Attendance: 100% attendance record is required for all roles within PS Benefits: pathway solar offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits.
