Job Description
We are a small construction company seeking a hard-working and reliable general laborers to join our team. You will participate in a variety of construction projects. Prior experience in construction settings is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team, follow directions, have good problem solving skills, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Applicants must have the ability to perform heavy lifting of construction materials as well as stand, sit or kneel as needed for extended periods.
We offer three (3) paid Holidays per year. After a 90 day probationary you are eligible to accrue PTO, a fourth floating holiday, and other perks based on attendance and performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
Removing debris, garbage, and any dangerous materials from sites.
Assisting contractors, e.g. electricians and painters, as required.
Following all health and safety regulations.
Install and finish drywall
Interior and exterior painting
Sheeting and siding
Rough carpentry and finish carpentry.
Flooring installation
Mechanical repair
Masonry

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
Own transportation is required.
Be able to work independently.
Time management skills.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Must be able to climb a 12 foot ladder.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18 - 23 per hour to start. starting pay is dependent on experience.
