Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, with expertise in handling contract disputes and commercial litigation. This role involves representing clients in various construction-related legal matters while providing strategic advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters including contract disputes and claims
• Draft and review legal documents related to construction law
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions
• Advise clients on their rights and obligations under construction contracts
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts in construction industry
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting construction litigation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Barred in CA
• 3+ years of experience in construction litigation
• Strong knowledge of construction law and contractual dispute issues
• Experience dealing with litigation revolving around change orders, scope of work disputes, mechanic liens, and public bidding disputes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Strong analytical and research skills
