Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects in the $ 2m-10m range, you’ll have the opportunity to work on larger projects, $20m+, with very high-end finishes.

On offer:

  • Base salary circa $140,000 – $175,000 (negotiable)

About you:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Lead PM in NYC
  • Experience running corporate interior projects above $2-10m+ in NYC
  • Proficiency in Procore
  • A college degree in a construction-related field is preferred but not essential
