Infinite Consulting is looking for a Lead Superintendent for an exciting opportunity in Long Island, NY!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operations and activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain efficient workflows.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with design specifications and project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and proactively resolve field issues.
• Review drawings, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.
• Lead project coordination meetings to discuss sequencing, logistics, and resolve any conflicts or delays.
• Track project milestones, material deliveries, and labor productivity to maintain project timelines.
• Assist in developing and managing project schedules and budgets.
• Provide mentorship, direction, and leadership to the field team to ensure high performance and morale.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent role .
• Project Background: Experience managing ground-up, renovation, and restoration projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, codes, and sequencing.
• Leadership: Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
