Job Title: Controller

Location: Westlake, OH

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join a growing manufacturing company located in Westlake, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial principles, practices, and procedures while ensuring data integrity and identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimization. You will work closely with senior management to guide financial decision-making, implement internal controls, and manage the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial data integrity, identify risks, and optimize profit margins.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting processes and financial reviews.
• Develop vendor relationships and optimize contracts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Review and approve journal entries and optimize production cost analysis.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Plant or Corporate Controller.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred, not required).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
• Understanding of local/state taxes and workers' compensation.
