Responsibilities & Expectations

• Ensure safety and security of protectees and employees.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, and cameras.
• Manage access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Be open to travel and special assignments.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with intelligence, investigations, law enforcement, and security teams to identify and mitigate threats.
• Report suspicious activities and vulnerabilities.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Participation in random drug screenings.
• Complete a physical readiness test before employment; maintain physical readiness.
• Pass a background check.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Valid U.S. Passport.
• Ability to obtain a state guard card and firearms license.
• Professional, friendly communication skills, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence; prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in ERT, military, law enforcement, or executive protection.
• Training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
