• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline cost accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
• Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, providing actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by delivering precise cost-related data.
• Train and guide team members on cost accounting principles and best practices.
