TMS Tech (Customer Care Specialist)

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist (TMS Technician) for our Phoenix - Biltmore office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.
Trigger Warning : Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Build relationships with patients built around gratitude
One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
Work autonomously to determine goals and best coaching strategies with your patients
Own outcomes of patient treatment
Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED.
Strong customer service mindset.
Three years’ work experience in customer service required
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
