About The Role
As a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will be a key member of our go-to-market team, working directly with Customer Success and other teams to enhance customer adoption of our platform. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will deliver our onboarding program, Fieldguide Accelerator, to new customers to ensure quick value realization.
What You’ll Do
Build trust with customers through regular engagement during onboarding.
Create and maintain onboarding plans aligned with customer goals.
Develop customer champions and grow their knowledge of Fieldguide.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to communicate needs and feedback.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Document progress, success metrics, and customer value realization over time.
About You
At least 2+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or advisory services, preferably with financial audit or risk advisory exposure.
Team player with a mission-first mindset.
Experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customers and requests independently.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Ownership mindset with a bias for action and end-to-end project management.

Compensation Range: $100K - $135K
