Key Responsibilities:  Collect, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry.  Accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data into the assigned system.  Ensure data entered is free of errors by reviewing and correcting discrepancies.  Follow company security and confidentiality procedures, especially regarding HIPAA regulations.  Perform light office tasks such as filing, sorting, and proofreading as needed.  Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  No prior data entry experience required; we will train the right candidate!  Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).  Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM).  Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.  Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused in a busy environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
