Job Details
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the demolition industry.
Experience with Heavy Commercial or industrial demolition projects.
Experience with conventional machine demolition, selective building demolition, demolition by cutting using both work methods
Demolition utilizing cranes & rigging, implosion demolition and material processing/waste disposal of all types of demolition materials
Proven track record of managing large-scale demolition projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the demolition industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges efficiently.
Proficient in using construction management software and technology.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
