Job Description
We are seeking a Dental Insurance and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Getting patients’ insurance information, verifying insurance and getting details of insurance, entering insurance information correctly into system
- Making sure the schedule is filled appropriately, confirming patients, checking voicemails, calling on not scheduled and/or overdue patients
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
