What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day front office operations
Manage scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist with insurance, billing, and financial coordination
Support a positive, professional experience for patients and staff
Lead and mentor front office team members
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in dental or medical office management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
Familiarity with dental software
