Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate clear aligners, (similar to mouthguards and bleaching trays)
• Operate and maintain dental lab equipment.
• Trim and polish clear aligners to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:
• Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
• Proficient with hands-on tasks and manual dexterity.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in dental lab operations and equipment handling.
• Familiarity with thermoplastic thermoforming processes.

Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in clear aligner manufacturing.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting pay during training: $27.50 per hour.
• Opportunity for salary growth based on performance and experience, with potential earnings of $35+ per hour.
• Paid time off and sick leave.
• Access to 401(k).
