We are looking for an amazing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental Practice!

Must have 1 year of Dental Treatment Coordinating experience

Job Duties

• Discuss Ortho treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
• Familiar with electronic billing
• Knowledge and limitations of PPO and HMO insurance plans
• Commination well with Children and their parents
• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
• Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and Hygiene

Desired Profile/Background

• MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN
• Customer service and sales experience
• Upbeat personality
• Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Motivative and ambitious to grow
• Knowledge in Ortho Treatment Planning

Job Type

• Full-Time
• Mon- Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm and Two Saturdays a month 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Hourly+ Benefits+ Monthly Bonus
• Pay range $23-$26
