We’re hiring a full-time Dentist to join a collaborative dental team serving a rural community on California’s North Coast. This role offers a rare *week-on/week-off schedule*, giving you *7 consecutive days off every other week*—perfect for work-life balance without compromising income or impact.

You'll work with two dental assistants and a dedicated receptionist, delivering both hygiene and restorative services in a supportive, streamlined environment.

*What You’ll Do*
* Perform routine cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, and other restorative services.
* Use digital X-rays and comprehensive diagnostic tools to evaluate oral health.
* Provide patient education and preventive care with a focus on long-term health.
* Collaborate with a full dental team that rotates schedules for optimal work-life balance

*Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD from an accredited program
* Active California dental license
* Strong skills in general, preventive, and restorative care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
